Queens Lane – Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Queens Lane. We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase or delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All tags and labels must remain attached.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for another size, colour, or style of equal value (subject to availability).
Exchanges must also be made within 14 days and meet the same return conditions.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (including PayPal) within 7–10 business days.
- If you paid by cash, refunds will be provided in cash or as store credit.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit at our discretion.
4. Online Orders and Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over €200 across Malta.
For orders below €200, standard delivery charges apply.
Deliveries to Gozo incur an additional €10 charge, regardless of order value.
You may also collect your order in-store at no additional cost.
If you wish to return an online purchase:
- Please contact us before returning any item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
